Eco-Schools Bronze Award

We are proud to announce that this term we have achieved our Eco Schools Bronze Award! We have now set the foundations to become a fully-fledged Eco-School. We have a team of Eco Helpers, including staff and students, that have carried out and whole school review and created an action plan for the areas we want our school to focus on during the next steps of our eco-journey.  This included Biodiversity, Litter and Energy and lots of ideas for how we can learn about and help the environment both on the school site and at Chipley Mill Farm. We also included a special week of Eco Activities in our Home Learning Packs to Celebrate World Earth Day in April so that our students could help spread the word to their families and local community. We are all very excited to work towards our Silver Award!
